Refund Policy

Refund Policy and membership terms

1. Membership Purchases

All membership purchases are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual whose name is on the account. Memberships cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred to another person under any circumstances.

2. Monthly Membership Usage

Monthly membership benefits operate on a use-it-or-lose-it basis.

  • Any unused access, credits, or event entries expire at the end of each billing cycle.

  • Unused benefits do not roll over into the next month.

  • Monthly billing will continue automatically unless the member cancels according to the posted cancellation procedures.

3. Member-Initiated Cancellations for Events

Members who cancel their attendance within 2 hours of the scheduled event start time are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made prior to the 2-hour window may be considered at the discretion of the organization, but approval is not guaranteed.

4. Venue or Organizer-Initiated Cancellations

If an event must be canceled due to weather, illness, venue issues, or any other unforeseen circumstance, members will be offered the choice of:

  1. A full refund, or

  2. A transfer to a future event date, subject to availability.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend an event without prior cancellation is treated as a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers.

6. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing a membership or registering for any event, members acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy and all associated Terms & Conditions.
